I’ve figured out what it takes for me to remember my dreams. & it takes a whole lot! I have to go to bed one hour early, drink sleepy time tea..sleep with my lights and television off. & it seems that if i dont do one of these..i wont remember my dream the following day! I really have to trick myself into dreaming. But, at least now i know what it takes!
I know it’s 4 am & all..lol but i just had a flipping NIGHTMARE!!! My bestfriend & i switched boyfriends..in my dream. GROSS! Okay, bye im going back to sleep. Hopefully nothing else scary happens in dream land. :/

I still haven’t had another dream. However, on the bright side I’ve been getting some REALLY amazinggg sleep! & that’s always great! ;)

From *2/29-3/6 I drank sleepy time tea EVERY night. I went out & bought the Organic Nighty Night tea that promotes nighttime relaxation. (The one that Coach Morris recommended) & that week, i DID NOT dream. -_-
From *3/7-3/13 I did not drink any sleepy time tea. But, i went to bed EVERY night at 10:00 pm and i was waking up at 7:00 am. & i DID dream that week…ONCE! :) I dreamt that a shadow was chasing me all around my house! 0_o
& today i will start sleeping with my lights off..& my television off. I always sleep with the lights out. However, i usually sleep with the television on, i just turn the volume down low so that my beauty sleep isn’t interrupted! ;)
Sooooo…i shall let you guys know how this week goes! It has been 2 weeks..& i’ve only remembered/had ONE stinking dream! Boo hoo.
